Submission about Sanaz: “Throughout my clerkship rotation with Sanaz, she routinely offered to help out other students by offering to go into long OR cases, or present difficult patients on rounds. She sacrificed her own clinic time (which she truly wanted to attend) in order to support other students and ensure that we all got to go to the clinics and OR opportunities we wanted. Her sacrifices meant at times she had a worse experience in a field she wants to go into so we could have the best experiences. She is kind, encouraging, and always gives the best support to her classmates.”
