The Kudos Initiative
Did a classmate, faculty, or College of Medicine support staff member do something that went above and beyond their scope of work? Did someone show a particular moment of compassion that you feel deserves recognition? The Gold Humanism Honor Society at the UF College of Medicine would like to help spotlight people who are doing kind and compassionate things for those around them. Kudos can be submitted on the form below, and upon review, submissions will be featured on this page. Additionally, some submissions may be selected to be featured on the UF College of Medicine’s social media or news channels.
FEATURED KUDOS
RYAN NALL,MD Faculty/Internal Medicine
Dr. Ryan Nall gave me the privilege of shadowing him at his clinic and took the time to give insight of what internal medicine looks like as well as answer any questions I had, all the while being very personable, educational, and supportive of me as a relatively clueless MS1 trying to figure out what was going on. It was a great experience and I’m thankful for his mentorship!

PATRICK HALEY Medical Student
At the beginning of third year, I reached out to Patrick asking for tips on how to set up
Anki. Patrick not only gave me tips but stayed after a lecture to help me set everything up on my computer. He went above and beyond to help me, and I was so appreciative for it!

ANGELA FADIL Medical Student
I am currently living in Jacksonville, as I am doing most of my rotations here. Since third
year began, Angela has opened her home to me several times, including nights before shelf exams and for two weeks during my anesthesia elective. Each time, she has expected nothing in return despite saving me hundreds of dollars in hotel costs. I am incredibly grateful for her kindness and friendship!
